AECON SCHEDULES THIRD QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS RELEASE AND CONFERENCE CALL

Aecon Group Inc. intends to release its third quarter 2023 financial results on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2023, after market close, and has scheduled a conference call and live webcast for 9 a.m. (Eastern Time) on Thursday, Oct. 26, 2023.

Jean-Louis Servranckx, president and chief executive officer, and David Smales, executive vice-president and chief financial officer, will host the conference call.

To participate in the conference call, please preregister on-line. After registering, an e-mail will be sent, including dial-in details and a unique access code required to join the live call. Please ensure you have registered at least 15 minutes prior to the conference call time.

A live webcast of the conference call can also be accessed on-line and will also be available on Aecon's website.

An accompanying presentation of the third quarter 2023 financial results will also be available after market close on Oct. 25, 2023, on Aecon's website. For those unable to attend the call, a replay will be available within one hour following the live conference call.
