The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Argonaut Gold Inc.'s 4.625 per cent senior unsecured convertible debentures were halted at 1:06 p.m. on Aug. 30, 2024, and were delisted at the close on Sept. 3, 2024. According to the TSX, the company redeemed the debentures on Sept. 3, 2024, for $1,000 (U.S.) per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount of debentures, plus any accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, Sept. 3, 2024. As the debentures trade in the book-entry-only system of CDS, holder of the debentures need not take any action in order to receive the redemption amount, payable on Sept. 6, 2024.
For more information, see the TSX bulletin dated Aug. 14, 2024. It
is understood that more than 90 per cent of the total principal amount of
the debentures outstanding as of the date of the debenture offer have
been tendered to the debenture offer. Argonaut has elected to exercise
the 90-per-cent redemption right to redeem the aggregate principal amount of
$4,903,000 (U.S.) of the debentures not tendered to the debenture offer.
