The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Argonaut Gold Inc. has amended the terms of its 4.625 per cent senior unsecured convertible debentures due Nov. 30, 2025, effective immediately.

According to the TSX, the Argonaut debentures were previously convertible into common shares of Argonaut at $2.86 (U.S.) per Argonaut share, being a conversion rate of 350.1155 Argonaut shares per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount of debentures.

As a result of the recently effected plan of arrangement involving, among others, Argonaut and Alamos Gold Inc., the Argonaut debentures are now convertible into Class A common shares of Alamos at $132.97 (U.S.) per Alamos share, being a conversion rate of 7.5205 Alamos shares per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount of Argonaut debentures. All other terms of the Argonaut debentures remain unchanged. The debentures will continue trading under the symbol AR.DB.U on the TSX and there will be no change in its Cusip number. The TSX has issued a separate bulletin regarding the delisting of Argonaut's shares.
