Further to its bulletin dated Oct. 28, 2020, the Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Argonaut Gold Inc. has closed its public offering of 4.625 per cent convertible senior unsecured debentures. The debentures, which had been trading on an if, as and when-issued basis under the symbol AR.DB.U and Cusip No. 04016A AA 9, have begun trading on a regular settlement basis under the same symbol and Cusip number, effective on Oct. 30, 2020. There will be no further trading in the if, as and when-issued market.
