AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust will pay a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of December, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Jan. 15, 2024, to unitholders of record as at Dec. 29, 2023.
