AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES NOVEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust today declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of November, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Dec. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Nov. 30, 2023.
