AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES OCTOBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of October, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Nov. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Oct. 31, 2023.
