AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES SEPTEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of September, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Oct. 16, 2023, to unitholders of record as at Sept. 29, 2023.
