AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES JULY 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of July, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on Aug. 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at July 31, 2023.
