AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES JUNE 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of June, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on July 17, 2023, to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2023.
