AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES MAY 2023 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust today declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of May, 2023, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on June 15, 2023, to unitholders of record as at May 31, 2023.
