AUTOMOTIVE PROPERTIES REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 DISTRIBUTION

Automotive Properties Real Estate Investment Trust has declared a cash distribution of 6.7 cents per REIT unit for the month of April, 2021, representing 80 cents per REIT unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on May 17, 2021, to unitholders of record as at April 30, 2021.
