GCAC PARTNERS WITH CANNABIS LIFE SCIENCE TO BRING DISCOUNTED CANNABIS TO NEVADA'S 200K VETERANS

Global Compliance Applications Corp. has partnered with Cannabis Life Sciences (CLS), CLS Holdings USA Inc., to bring discounted cannabis to Nevada's veteran community.

This collaborative effort will see CLS provide Uplift discount coupons for its City Trees products which can be redeemed at Oasis Cannabis, the CLS retail dispensary. Uplift's digital coupons for CLS products will be made available to all 200,000-plus veterans in the Silver State.

City Tree, the No. 1 vape and concentrate brand in Nevada, processes cannabis at its 10,000-square-foot facility, and wholesales its cannabis-related products to Oasis Cannabis and external third parties. City Tree served 85 external customers in the quarter ended Nov. 30, 2023, generating $2.1-million in business-to-business revenue for the period.

Oasis Cannabis, with an over-2,500-square-foot retail dispensary on the Las Vegas Strip, served 68,586 customers in the quarter ended Nov. 30, 2023, and generated $3.1-million in business-to-consumer revenue for the period, representing an average revenue per user of $136. Oasis is consistently rated as one of the top 10 dispensaries in Las Vegas.

Global Compliance's app typically offer a 25-per-cent discount using its $5 to $20 digital coupons on individual cannabis products to veterans. Global Compliance earns 30 per cent of each redeemed coupon's face value for the provision of its digital services to retailers. For every $1-million in retail sales with a discount, Global Compliance would expect to earn $75,000.

This joint venture seeks to empower veterans in Nevada with the means to pursue growth and healing on their own terms. The Uplift app allows for anonymous veteran feedback on product efficacy which is shared in real time with their peers. This approach guarantees that only the highest-quality products are recommended, fostering an environment of trust and transparency amongst veterans.

The partnership will also look to expand across the CLS external wholesale B2B customer base, and its dispensaries, to offer Uplift coupons to non-veteran consumers in Nevada's $850-million cannabis market, while expanding City Tree branded cannabis products throughout the state.
