GLOBAL COMPLIANCE APPLICATIONS CORP. CORRECTS DISCLOSURE REGARDING WARRANT EXTENSION

Global Compliance Applications Corp. has corrected its news release dated Sept. 12, 2023. The first paragraph of the initial news release incorrectly stated the expiry date of the warrants was being extended to March 25, 2023; however, the correct date is March 25, 2024.

The remaining details of the warrant extension remain as announced in the initial news release.
