Global Compliance Applications Corp. has granted an aggregate of 2.6 million restricted stock units (RSUs) to an officer and a consultant of the company to acquire 2.6 million common shares in the capital of the company pursuant to the company's omnibus incentive plan. The RSUs, which vest immediately, are subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive plan.
