GCAC SIGNS UPLIFT LICENSING AGREEMENT WITH PREMIUM OHIO WHITE LABEL CANNABIS PROCESSOR

Global Compliance Applications Corp. has signed a licensing agreement with Beneleaves Ltd., a friends-and-family-owned and licensed cannabis processing business located in Columbus, Ohio. Beneleaves is a licensed white-label producer in Ohio, offering its services to multiple premium cannabis brands, including renowned brands like Smokiez, Black Buddha Cannabis, Mary's Medicinals, Sugar-Free Gummies from Chew and Chill, and several others. By leveraging the Uplift app and non-fungible-token coupons, Beneleaves has a goal to help provide discounts to the state's veterans who are registered cannabis users and assist those veterans who have not started their cannabis journey with proper education.

A new study published in Clinical Therapeutics found that 91 per cent of military veterans who use medical cannabis said it has improved their quality of life. In addition, a U.S. House of Representatives amendment was voted on last week to the federal National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that would end the prohibition on VA providers, helping veterans to gain access to state-legal medical cannabis programs.

The Citizen Green project in partnership with veteran non-profit organizations, such as Veterans Ending the Stigma, created an initiative to provide free on-line education and discount NFT coupons for all veterans. The program, created by veterans for veterans, was initially launched in Canada and is now in Ohio with an eye on expanding to all legal medical cannabis states to service the more than 12 million U.S. vets.

Global Compliance will receive a fixed percentage of the redeemed Uplift coupon value whenever a customer uses a coupon at participating dispensary locations. Beneleaves products are in over 90 per cent of Ohio dispensaries.
