ANDEAN PRECIOUS METALS TO HOST Q2 2023 EARNINGS WEBCAST ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 16, 2023

Andean Precious Metals Corp. will release its financial and operating results for the three months ended June 30, 2023, on Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2023, after markets close.

Management will host a webcast the following morning to discuss the Company's results. A question-and-answer session will follow management's prepared remarks.
