ANDEAN PRECIOUS METALS TO HOST Q1 2023 EARNINGS WEBCAST ON THURSDAY, MAY 25, 2023

Andean Precious Metals Corp. will release its financial and operating results for the three months ended March 31, 2023, on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, after markets close.

Management will host a webcast the following morning to discuss the company's results. A question-and-answer session will follow management's prepared remarks. Details of the webcast are as shown in the attached table.
