Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Nov. 14, 2025, and the expiry of the company's rights offering on Dec. 12, 2025, the exchange has accepted for filing the rights offering pursuant to which 1,487,151,720 shares at a price of one cent were issued for gross proceeds of $14,871,517.

No common shares were issued pursuant to the standby commitment.
