The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, April 19, edition that TD Cowen analyst Tim James has reaffirmed his "buy" recommendation for Andlauer Healthcare Group. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. James boosted his share target by $2 to $54. Analysts on average target the shares at $50.64. Mr. James says in a note: "We forecast that revenue will be relatively flat year-over-year at $164-million (consensus: $171-million). Organic growth is expected to offset the decline in COVID-19-related revenue, fuel price surcharges and the impact of spot pricing on certain U.S. volume. Spot refrigerated rates declined over the course of the quarter, but we estimate this impacts less than 10 per cent of revenue. We forecast EBITDA of $40.9-million (consensus: $43.8-million), flat year-over-year, based on 20 bps of margin expansion." The Globe reported on Jan. 6, 2022, that Mr. James said Andlauer Healthcare "no longer provides sufficient return to meet our threshold for a 'buy' recommendation." The shares could then be had for $53.31. The Globe reported on Nov. 17 and March 8 that National Bank rated Andlauer "sector perform." The shares could then be had for $38.46 and $42.70.
