The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday edition that National Bank analyst Cameron Doerksen has reaffirmed his "sector perform" recommendation for Andlauer Healthcare Group. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Doerksen boosted his share target by a loonie to $47. Analysts on average target the shares at $50.50. Mr. Doerksen says in a note: "While we view Andlauer Healthcare as a high quality, well-managed company with attractive long-term secular growth drivers, our more neutral stance is driven by valuation, which, while sitting below the historical average for Andlauer, is consistent with or above peer group companies. We are also somewhat cautious on the company's M&A strategy, which could include other non-transportation/logistics companies in the broader healthcare services space, which in our view would be a departure from the company's core competency." The Globe reported on Nov. 7 that CIBC Capital Market analyst Kevin Chiang had elevated his recommendation for Andlauer Healthcare to "outperformer" from "neutral." The shares were then worth $39.21. The Globe reported on Nov. 17 that Mr. Doerksen rated Andlauer "sector perform." The shares could then be had for $38.46.
