ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. has declared its fourth quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from Oct. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023) in the amount of nine cents per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as at Dec. 29, 2023.
