ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER DIVIDEND

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. has declared its third-quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from July 1, 2023, to Sept. 30, 2023), in the amount of nine cents per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on Oct. 16, 2023, to shareholders of record as at Sept. 29, 2023.
