ANDLAUER HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES SECOND QUARTER DIVIDEND

Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. has declared its second quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from April 1, 2023, to June 30, 2023) in the amount of eight cents per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on July 17, 2023 to shareholders of record as at June 30, 2023.
