Altius (TSX:ALS) reports that all resolutions presented at its November 30th, 2011 Annual and Special Meeting were approved by shareholders, including the re-election of directors John Baker, Brian Dalton, Fred Mifflin, Susan Sherk, Jamie Strauss and Don Warr. The final voting results on each item of business and respective resolutions have been filed on SEDAR.
