The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  2.69 million flow-through (FT) warrants and 14,801,250 non-flow-through (NFT) warrants

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 21, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  June 21, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  15 cents per FT warrant and 12 cents per NFT warrant

Number of warrants:  250,000 FT warrants and 790,000 NFT warrants

Original expiry date of warrants:  June 25, 2023

New expiry date of warrants:  June 25, 2024

Exercise price of warrants:  15 cents per FT warrant and 12 cents per NFT warrant

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 18,531,250 shares (2.94 million flow-through shares and 15,591,250 non-flow-through shares) with 18,531,250 share purchase warrants attached (2.94 million flow-through share purchase warrants and 15,591,250 non-flow-through share purchase warrants), which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective July 14, 2021, and further amended on Oct. 28, 2021.
