A.I.S. RESOURCES ANNOUNCES GRANT OF OPTIONS

A.I.S. Resources Ltd. has granted a total of one million incentive stock options to a director of the company in accordance with the company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 15 cents per share. The options were granted on June 5, 2026, were vested on the date of grant and have a term of five years from the date of grant. The stock options granted are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The granting of options forms part of the company's long-term incentive framework designed to retain key talent and align leadership, technical teams and advisers with long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
