A.I.S. RESOURCES ANNOUNCES OPTION GRANT

A.I.S. Resources Ltd. has granted a total of 500,000 incentive stock options to a director, in accordance with the company's stock option plan. Each option is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of six cents per share. The options vest on the date of grant and will expire five years from the date of grant. The stock options granted are subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
