AIMIA TO REPORT FIRST QUARTER 2026 RESULTS AND HOLD ITS 2026 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ON MAY 13

Aimia Inc. will release its first quarter 2026 financial results for the period ended March 31, 2026, on Tuesday, May 13, 2026.

Aimia's financial results are expected to be released at approximately 6 a.m. ET followed by a live presentation by management through a webcast and teleconference call at 8:30 a.m. ET the same day.

Annual general meeting of shareholders

Aimia will host its annual general meeting of shareholders on May 13, 2026, in Toronto. Shareholders will be asked to vote on a number of items, including the election of directors. Management nominees consist of: Rhys Summerton, Robert Feingold, Steve Leonard, Thomas Little and Muhammad Asif Seemab.

Aimia's management information circular, which includes details of the business to be conducted at the meeting and voting instructions for eligible shareholders, was sent to shareholders of record as at March 27. Aimia's AGM materials can also be found at the Aimia website.
