AUSTRAL GOLD FILES Q2 2023 QUARTERLY ACTIVITY REPORT

Austral Gold Ltd.'s option agreement entered into with Pampa Metals announced on July 28, 2021, has expired. Under the deal, it could acquire up to an 80-per-cent interest in the Cerro Blanco and Morros Blancos projects located in Chile. Since the start of the agreement, Austral conducted exploration activities that cost approximately $1.6-million (U.S.) on the projects.
