The Globe and Mail reports in its Tuesday, April 2, edition that Desjardins Securities analyst Gary Ho has reaffirmed his "buy" recommendation for AGF Management. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Ho raised his share target to $11.50 from $10. Analysts on average target the Class B shares at $9.92. Mr. Ho says in a note, "We expect a decent Q1 set-up/outlook, driven by: (1) robust market performance year-to-date; (2) retail net flows momentum which could turn positive quickly if rates decline; (3) normalized private alt contribution; (4) cost discipline; and (5) a 5-per-cent divvy hike." The Globe reported on June 23 that Mr. Ho continued to rate AGF Management "buy." The shares could then be had for $7.55. The Globe reported on Jan. 26 that Scotia Capital analyst Phil Hardie had reaffirmed his "sector perform" recommendation for AGF Management. The shares were then worth $7.65. The Globe reported on Feb. 29 that CIBC World Markets analyst Nik Priebe had upgraded AGF Management to "outperformer" from "neutral." The shares could then be had for $8.13.
