AGF MANAGEMENT LIMITED DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER 2023 DIVIDEND

On Dec. 14, 2023, the board of directors of AGF Management Ltd. declared a dividend of 11 cents per share on both the Class B non-voting shares and the Class A voting common shares of the company. This dividend will be payable on Jan. 16, 2024, to shareholders of record on Jan. 8, 2024.
