AGI ANNOUNCES Q4 2023 DIVIDEND

Ag Growth International Inc. has declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per common share for the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2023. The dividend is payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023. The dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. Ag Growth's current annualized cash dividend rate is 60 cents per share.
