AGI ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF MARY SHAFER-MALICKI AS A DIRECTOR
Ag Growth International Inc. has appointed Mary Shafer-Malicki as a director, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
"Mary brings deep experience in executing global growth strategies and navigating complex projects to the AGI board. With over 25 years of operations experience in international settings and extensive governance knowledge, we look forward to the positive impact she will make as AGI accelerates our expansion plans," said Janet Giesselman, board chair.

After a 26-year career with BP Exploration Operating Company (BP) and Amoco Corp., where she held domestic and international leadership roles across the energy value chain, Ms. Shafer-Malicki has taken on a wide range of director-level roles in the corporate, academic and non-profit sectors. Through her tenure with BP, Ms. Shafer-Malicki held progressive leadership and operational roles in many geographies including the United Kingdom, Angola, Vietnam, Scotland and the Netherlands. Ms. Shafer-Malicki graduated from Oklahoma State University with a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering.
