AGI ANNOUNCES Q3 2023 DIVIDEND

Ag Growth International Inc. has declared a cash dividend of 15 cents per common share for the third quarter ending Sept. 30, 2023. The dividend is payable on Oct. 16, 2023, to common shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 29, 2023. The dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes. Ag Growth's current annualized cash dividend rate is 60 cents per share.
