The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to a call option agreement dated Oct. 11, 2022, between American Eagle Gold Corp. and a non-arm's-length party of the company, pursuant to which the company will repurchase a 20-per-cent working interest the NAK copper-gold project for consideration of 6,976,744 common shares of the company at a deemed price of 21.5 cents per share.
