The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  5,228,668

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 25, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Sept. 25, 2026

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents (unchanged)

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 5,228,668 common shares with 5,228,668 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective Oct. 30, 2024.
