The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  4,627,931

Original expiry date of warrants:  Of the 4,627,931 warrants, 1,125,000 warrants would have expired on Nov. 9, 2025, and 3,502,931 warrants would have expired on Dec. 5, 2025.

New expiry date of warrants:  All 4,627,931 warrants will expire on Aug. 5, 2026.

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 4,627,931 common shares with 4,627,931 common share purchase warrants attached. The private placement was accepted for filing by the exchange effective June 12, 2024.
