Arctic Star Appoints Buddy Doyle as Executive Chairman

May 8, 2025 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Arctic Star Exploration Corp. ("Arctic Star" or the "Company") announces that Buddy Doyle, currently VP of Exploration and director, has agreed to take on the role of Executive Chairman. As part of his role Buddy Doyle will be given the responsibility of running the day to day operations and administration of the company. Patrick Power will remain as CEO and focus on Financing, Investor Relations plus Business Development. As part of these changes the company has accepted Patrick Power's resignation as director. This is all part of the continuing reorganization of the company, with the goal of financing and drill testing our two main assets, the Diagras project in NWT and our Timantti project in Finland.
