ARCTIC STAR APPOINTS BUDDY DOYLE AS EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

Arctic Star Exploration Corp.'s Buddy Doyle, currently vice-president of exploration and director, has agreed to take on the role of executive chairman. As part of his role, Mr. Doyle will be given the responsibility of running the day-to-day operations and administration of the company. Patrick Power will remain as chief executive officer and focus on financing, investor relations plus business development. As part of these changes, the company has accepted Mr. Power's resignation as director. This is all part of the continuing reorganization of the company, with the goal of financing and drill testing on the company's two main assets, the Diagras project in the Northwest Territories and the Timantti project in Finland.
