ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES MANAGEMENT CEASE TRADE ORDER

Further to Arctic Star Exploration Corp.'s news release dated April 22, 2025, the company's annual financial statements for the year ended Dec. 31, 2024, including the related management's discussion and analysis, and the chief executive officer and chief financial officer certifications, were not filed as required under Canadian securities legislation by the required filing deadline of April 30, 2025. The company has received a management cease trade order (MCTO) from the applicable Canadian securities regulatory authorities related to the company's securities. The MCTO prevents the CEO and CFO of the company to trade in securities of the company.

The MCTO will be in effect until the annual filings are filed and requires that the annual filings be filed on or before June 30, 2025.
