ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES CFO RESIGNS AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CFO

Binny Jassal has resigned as Arctic Star Exploration Corp.'s chief financial officer (CFO). Following Mr. Jassal's resignation, James Ferreira has agreed to resume the role of interim CFO while the company searches for a suitable replacement. The company wishes to thank Mr. Jassal for his services and wishes him the best on his future endeavours.
