ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Arctic Star Exploration Corp. held its annual general meeting on Oct. 3, 2023. The company's shareholders approved all of the resolutions presented, being: i) receiving the financial statements; (ii) re-electing the five incumbent directors Buddy Doyle, Scott Eldridge, Patrick Power, Darryl Sittler and Thomas Yingling; (iii) reappointing the incumbent auditor (A Chan & Company, chartered professional accountants); and (iv) approving the continuation of the company's omnibus equity incentive compensation plan. Each of the resolutions were approved by at least 90 per cent of the votes cast at the annual meeting. A total of 19,097,601 common shares were voted at the annual meeting representing 9.40 per cent of the issued and outstanding common shares.
