Arctic Star Announces Private Placement
June 2, 2020 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Arctic Star Exploration Corp. ("Arctic Star" or the "Company") announces 
--->a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of up to 26,000,000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.02
--->5 per Unit, for gross proceeds of up to $650,000.  Each Unit will be comprised of one common share in the capital of t
--->he Company (each, a "Share") and one non-transferable share purchase warrant (each, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will en
--->title the holder to purchase one additional Share in the capital of the Company (each, a "Warrant Share") for a period
---> of 24 months from the closing date at an exercise price of $0.05. Insiders may participate in the Private Placement.
Finder's fees or brokers' commissions may be paid in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") policies.
All securities will be subject to a four-month hold period from the closing date. The Private Placement is subject to 
--->TSXV approval. 
The Company intends to use the proceeds from the Private Placement for development of the Company's Finland project an
--->d for general working capital.
