October 30, 2019 - Vancouver, British Columbia - Arctic Star Exploration Corp. ("Arctic Star" or the "Company") announ
--->ces that the board of directors approved a consolidation of common shares of the Company on the basis of five (5) pre-
--->consolidated shares for one (1) post consolidated share (the "Consolidation"). The consolidation is subject to TSX Ven
--->ture Exchange ("TSXV") approval.
Currently, a total of 129,814,274 common shares are issued and outstanding. Accordingly, upon the Consolidation becomi
--->ng effective, a total of approximately 25,962,855 common shares will be issued and outstanding. There is no maximum of

Computershare Investor Services Inc. ("Computershare") will mail letters of transmittal to the shareholders providing
