ARCTIC STAR ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT
March 24th, 2016 - Arctic Star Exploration Corp, ("Arctic Star" or the "Company") (TSXvADD) announces that the Company
---> has arranged a financing of up to $400,000, with units to be issued at $0.04.  Each unit will comprise of one share a
--->nd one share purchase warrant. Each warrant will permit the holder to acquire one additional share at a price of $0.05
---> for a period of 24 months after closing. The financing is subject to TSXV approval, and in particular, a waiver of th
--->e TSXV requirement for financings to be priced at $0.05 or less. 
Approximately $290,000 will be expended on exploration and maintenance on our T-Rex and Triceratops properties in the 
--->Northwest Territories, approximately $40,000 in bookkeeping and accounting services, approximately $40,000 for regulat
--->ory and legal fees, and approximately $30,000 in rent. This financing will permit our company to continue our explorat
--->ion activities into the 2016 season. 
Finder's fees may be paid in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange ("TSXV") policies.
