The Globe and Mail reports in its Thursday, Feb. 22, edition that CIBC World Markets analyst John Zamparo has reaffirmed his "neutral" recommendation for Aurora Cannabis. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Zamparo lowered his share target to $6 from $8. Analysts on average target the shares at $8.02. Mr. Zamparo says in a note: "The MedReleaf Australia acquisition should add to Aurora Cannabis's FCF modestly, and it brings more exposure to a higher-margin market with growth. Even if the country is eventually crowded with competitors, valuation (at one times P/S) is reasonable, especially given the deal is mostly paid for in stock. Aurora's balance sheet has improved materially versus prior years. We still believe investors will be reluctant to give credit until FCF -- unadjusted -- is achieved. On this front, guidance was reiterated for positive FCF late this calendar year." The Globe reported on June 16, Aug. 30 and Nov. 17 that Mr. Zamparo was sticking with his "neutral" call for Aurora Cannabis. The shares could then be had for $7, 6.40 and $6.30.
