AIR CANADA REPORTS ON ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The 13 nominees listed in Air Canada's 2026 management proxy circular were elected as directors at its annual meeting of shareholders on May 1, 2026. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors are set out below.

All nominees were serving as directors of Air Canada, except for Rachel Notley and Eric La Fleche, who were standing for election for the first time.

"We are delighted to welcome Rachel and Eric to our board. Their addition reflects our commitment to board renewal and builds on our existing strengths," said Vagn Sorensen, Air Canada board chair. "We look forward to benefiting from their experience and expertise."

The results of the vote appear below, expressed as percentages of the votes cast.
