The nominees listed in the information circular for the 2026 annual meeting of shareholders have been elected as directors of Barrick Mining Corp.

Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors, the appointment of an auditor and the advisory resolution on executive compensation, based on final calculations, are set out below.
