The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Abrasilver Resource Corp. will be listed and posted for trading on the TSX at the open on Feb. 27, 2025. According to the TSX, there will be 152,548,356 common shares of the company issued and outstanding, and 15,254,835 shares reserved for issuance. The shares will trade under the symbol ABRA, in Canadian dollars and with Cusip No. 00379L 30 4.
The TSX reports that Abrasilver is a silver, gold and copper exploration
company with projects in Argentina and Chile. The
company has projects at various stages of exploration,
from the drill-ready to prefeasibility study stage. Its primary
focus is on exploring and advancing the Diablillos project,
which is a high-sulphidation epithermal silver-gold deposit.
According to the TSX, the company does not expect to pay cash dividends on its shares in the foreseeable future. Its transfer agent and registrar is TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Vancouver, and its fiscal year-end is Dec. 31. The temporary market-maker is Research Capital Corp.
The TSX notes that Abrasilver has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange since April 24, 2017, under the symbol ABRA. The company will be delisted from the TSX-V on Feb. 27, 2025, upon the start of trading on the TSX.
